Liv Glassman is a multi-hyphenate writer who was born into a Jerseylicious sitcom. As the daughter of a hippie jazz musician father, a mother who is a designer and cat conservationist, and the middle child between a bodybuilder who moved to Florida and a brother in politics, she is drawn to writing eccentric characters and stories that flip stereotypes on their head. Her play XOXO, Yenta sparked television development with McG’s Wonderland Sound & Vision based on an Los Angeles Times article. She is also writing the feature film ARMADILLO BLUES starring Antonio Banderas and Danny Trejo with the producers of Spy Kids. Liv is currently working as the Writer’s Assistant on the CLUELESS TV sequel created by Jordan Weiss, Josh Schwartz & Stephanie Savage. She began her career at United Talent Agency and has assisted in the TV writers rooms for the YELLOWSTONE spinoff DUTTON RANCH and Stephen King’s THE INSTITUTE. She is a graduate of Northwestern University and has a background in musical improv at Upright Citizens Brigade.

    Episodic Theater Project is a theatrical experience that combines the episodic storytelling of prestige television with the immediacy of live performance. In a collaborative multi-month writers’ room, Liv and four writers created a five-episode serialized murder mystery to be performed over five weeks at 30th Street Theater.

    LOGLINE: When up-and-coming journalist Anna Alden receives the opportunity of a lifetime to write a profile of the infamous Rowan Skye ahead of her 50th birthday for Rolling Stone magazine, she's certain she's finally on the brink of her big break. But, when the 50th birthday party takes a turn and someone ends up dead, Anna knows she must expose Rowan's inner circle and unravel the truth before it's too late.
