Liv Glassman (she/her) is a multi-hyphenate writer, filmmaker, and performer who uses humor and truth to subvert expectations and flip stereotypes on their heads. Currently, Liv is working as a Showrunner’s and Writer’s Assistant for Jordan Weiss and has worked on TV shows and features such as FREAKIER FRIDAY (Disney), the television sequel of CLUELESS (CBS Studios), and THE INSTITUTE (Amazon MGM). Liv’s produced comedy pilot ATTENTION WHORE—which she wrote, co-produced, and starred in—world premiered this year and is currently making its way through the festival circuit. She most recently won Best Actress in a Comedy at the New York Television Festival. Her foray into creating an original television show started with her musical comedy FRATERNAL, which went on to receive accolades and screen at SeriesFest.

Some of Liv's other writing projects include RUSH, a crime-mystery drama pilot about the psychological torments of sorority recruitment, NERD HIGH, a farcical YA comedy pilot that flips the high school social hierarchy, and her feature script in development called THE DIVORCE TRAP, a parent trap in reverse set on a cruise ship. Liv is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Film, Theater, & Psychology programs and has a background in theater acting and playwriting, with her plays performing at venues like the New York Theater Festival. In her free time, Liv performs in musical improv shows through her training at Upright Citizens Brigade.
